Q (Quan) has been handling our claims one from a accident another a vandalism. He took care of our debuctible (two) and a rental car. So far it has been a good customer service experience. I seen the work they did on other cars amazing! They get high end cars to low end they really do an amazing job. I will update on the work quality on my car when I get it back.

The best car repair experience I have ever had. Seriously. I was recently hit on the side of my car and filed a claim to get my car repaired. I knew absolutely nobody in the auto body and detail business and being a student I wanted to make sure the money I received from my claim was going to go to a place that did quality work. I was hesitant to come here at first being that I had read the previous review here on Yelp. However I am so glad I took a leap of faith and trusted my car with the employees at Highlight. The result was incredible. I only needed my bumper fixed but the repairmen also noted that the interior lining of my car was coming off and fixed it, no charge. I can't thank the working employees of this business enough for going beyond what I was expecting.

I've been in two accidents and they helped me from beginning to end with great customer service. They dealt with the insurance company for me and made everything very easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

High Light Auto has earned our business for life. Why? They do exactly what they say they will do. They did an awesome job on the body lines and flawless paint job, and we couldn't be happier. If you want a job done right and your car to receive the dedication it deserves, this is the place to go. My 2011 Subaru Legacy was recently side swiped and a co-worker recommend Highlight to me. From the minute I showed up, Dave was a huge help handling my claim and getting me in a loaner car. I hardly had any interaction with the insurance adjuster--Highlight took care of it all. I was amazed with the quality of work done on my car. All damaged parts were replaced with OEM Subaru parts and the paint and body work were beyond top-notch. My car looks better than new! I've posted pics below. Highlight even took care of fixing some other small scratches and detailed my car at no extra charge. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who has recently been involved in an auto accident!

I just got my 2014 Nissan Versa Note back from Highlight after it being in for repairs. The crew there fixed my car up and it is as good as new. They even managed to save me a few bucks in the process. I was able to drop the car off with no problems, and the one issue I found turned out to not be an issue at all, I just didn't realize what I was looking at. They washed and cleaned the car both inside and out before I picked it up so it was gleaming. Thanks Dave and the highlight crew, you have my recommendation anytime someone I know needs some body work done.
